Hostel Complex:
The Hostel Complex has been built within the campus. Two independent blocks are provided for boys and girl students. All the hostels encompass beautiful gardens. Each hostel has resident rector to monitor and to maintain the discipline. Hostel rooms are airy, clean and well furnished.
Amrutvahini College of Engineering, ranked among Top 100 college of India as per survey of CSR and other national agency, and is situated on the NH-50 with mountain views, clean, safe surrounding area and vast open spaces all around its 50-acre campus. Its top-notch campus has well-planned green spaces and lanes. The residential complex is hailed as one world-class hostel facilities with spacious and large rooms, an RO system is installed for students and housekeeping cleans the rooms every day.
Around 1700 students live here. A fully-residential campus, the hostels are named after popular Forts of Maharashtra. There are two boy’s hostels and two are the girls’ hostel too. Four students can accommodate in one room, hostel management provide one bed, table, chair and cub board to every student. Each hostel has its own dining mess, where breakfast, lunch and dinner are served for students. Each AVCOE hostel has its own study room, TV room, Guest Room, garden, gymkhana, commercial complex and an on-campus clinic with highly experienced doctors for boys and girls hostel separately. AVCOE have its own Ambulance for any medical emergency.

Hostel Admission Process:
Deposit the hostel fees.
Review the receipt and give the hostel admission form to student
Receive duly filled up admission form from student
Allot the room (Class wise)
Specify the room number, class on Hostel Identity card. Issue Hostel Identity Card

2. Rules (major):
All Hostel residents of the Amrutvahini Sheti & Shikshan Vikas Sanstha shall strictly abide by the following rules.
-
Admission to the hostel will be given to regular bonafide students
of Amrutvahini Institutes only.
-
Admission to the hostel is not the right of the student, but a
facility provided by the institutes. Stay in the hostel is solely
for the purpose to facilitate academic activities at Amrutvahini
Institutes.
-
All hostel residents shall submit three passport size photographs
and get the hostel identity card from the hostel office. The hostel
ID card will be required for identification when entering the
hostel. Students should carry the hostel and institute ID card at
all times and exhibit whenever asked.

The management has the right to change rules and regulations even
after the students get admission to the hostel.
-
Allotment of accommodation is as per the management norms.
-
Hostel residents should keep the hostel room/premises neat and
clean. Posters are not allowed to be displayed in the room. Marking
on walls, doors, and extra attachments of electrical fittings are
also not allowed.
-
Students should take care of their valuables and cash. Authorities
are not responsible for any theft or loss.
-
The lock and key for the room are to be brought by the student and
one key is to be kept in the office of the Resident Rector for any
emergency.
-
Each student should check furniture provided in the room and report
if not in order at the time of allotment and should return it back
to the hostel authorities in proper condition at the time of
vacating the room.

The daily reporting time in the hostel for boys is 9.30 pm and for
girls 6.00 pm.
-
Parties or birthday celebrations inside the hostel premises are
strictly prohibited.
-
Creating indiscipline/ mischief/ fight/misbehaviour may lead to
expulsion from the hostel. Further, such students may not be
considered for hostel admission in future. No refunds will be given
to the expelled students.
-
Smoking, consumption of alcohol, narcotics and chewing of tobacco
inside the hostel are strictly prohibited. Such students will be
expelled from the hostel & can be rusticated from the college.
-
Playing of radio/audio cassettes inside the room is not permitted.
If disturbances are reported, the Rector can confiscate the musical
instruments, which will be returned at the end of the semester.
-
Safety precautions-Heating appliances such as Electric stoves,
heaters, gas stoves, Hot-plates, Iron etc. are not permitted to be
used in the room and if the students are found using them, the
applicances will be confiscated & heavy fine will be imposed.
-
The cost of damages made to the hostel property (including
furniture) shall be recovered from the residents with a fine.
-
Room change is not permitted without the written permission of the
Rector.
-
Students of the hostel must vacate the rooms after three days of
the final exams. No further stay is permitted.
-
Students should stay away from any electrical fittings in the room
and outside, which may result in serious accidents. The management
will not be responsible for any casualty in any such accident.
-
It is the responsibility of all students to switch off electrical
appliances when not in use, if it is observed otherwise, a heavy
fine shall be imposed.
-
Students taking tea, cold drinks and other eatables from the
canteen should use dust bins provided.
-
The failed students are not allowed to stay in the hostel. They
should vacate the hostel within three days after the declaration of
results, although during the examination period they are allowed to
avail the hostel facility by paying nominal charges.
-
The students desirous of staying outside at night, going on
vacation should submit a Leave application to the Rector for
approval. If it is observed that the student is absent without
prior permission, disciplinary action will be initiated against
them by informing their parents.
-
Students going out of the hostel should follow the security rules
like signing in & out logbooks placed with the security guard.
-
Ragging is strictly prohibited by law. If any student is involved
in ragging, severe action will be initiated against them and they
will be expelled from the hostel with immediate effect. The matter
will be communicated to the principal as well as the students’
parents.
-
Any kind of anti-social activities inside/outside the hostel
premises is liable for expulsion from the hostel and may result in
legal action.
-
The students must pay hostel dues from time to time as directed by
the Rector/Chief Rector.
-
The student can not invite any outsider to the hostel. If any
outsider is found to be in the room at any time, a heavy fine will
be imposed on room residents.
-
The students should not do any act which disturbs others and
pollutes the hostel environment.
-
In case of any mishap inside the room, neither the institute nor
the Rector/Chief Rector will be responsible for it.
-
Hostel Fees will not be refunded if the student vacates the hostel
for any personal reason.
-
Outside food or Tiffin is not allowed in the hostel.
