By focusing on placement, Amrutvahini College of Engineering started the foreign language Japanese in the academic year 2016-17. In our college we provides Japanese Language level N5,N4& N3.Learning a foreign language is one such trend that has seen a tremendous rise amongst Indian students in the last few years. More and more universities are offering courses in various languages to students enrolled with them.
However, learning a new language shouldn't just be about learning to write and speak in it. It should also be about understanding the cultures and traditions of the countries native to these languages.
Japanese language is spoken by over one-hundred forty million in Japan alone and is also a natural second language for people in Chinese and Korean speaking countries. Despite Japan’s growth being out-shined by neighbor countries like China and India. Japan still has the second largest economy in the world following China.
Knowing Japanese bringing various business opportunities worldwide as well as being a gateway to learning and understanding other Asian languages and cultures. Japanese presence and culture are growing all over the world as well online. Japanese is also one of the most extensive in its use of politeness and honor as well as any other form of expression.

In today's world, foreign language as a communication tool in the fields of trade, diplomacy, defence, etc. India must therefore give serious attention to setting up foreign language universities all over the country to boost the prospects of strengthening its interests globally. India has the potential to become the leading supplier of global manpower. Traditionally, Indians are known for giving great importance to education and that has resulted in Indians being successful globally. In the US, for a long time, Indian Americans have been the most successful and richest of all the ethnicities. But this is a small percentage of the Indian population worldwide. India's population, with a considerably large percentage being very young, is a significant asset for the country. Apart from meeting our own demand for skilled manpower in various sectors, we can also aim to be the global hub of skilled manpower. Foreign language skills can catalyst this process to a considerably higher degree.

By focusing on placement, Amrutvahini College of Engineering started the foreign language German in the academic year 2013-14. In our college we provides German Language level A1, A2, B1. Students are also trained how to face International Certifications i.e. Goethe Certification. German has the largest number of native speakers in the European Union. German is among the ten most commonly spoken languages in the world. It is also a lingua francs of Central and Eastern Europe. Germans are world leaders in engineering. In india, companies like Mercedes Benz, Volkswagen, Siemens, Thyssen Krupp and Schaeffler are some of the key German companies prefer German language aspirants.
German and English are similar. Many words in German sound or look the same as equivalent English words, because the two languages share the same “grandparent.” For example, look at these words: Haus = house, Buch = book, Finger = finger, Hand = hand, Name = name, Mutter = mother, schwimmen = to swim, singen = to sing, kommen = to come, blau = blue, alt = old, windig = windy.
