A DML talk by Distinguish Microwave Lecturer Prof. Jeremy Everard, Professor of Electronics, Department of Electronic Engineering, University of York, York, United Kingdom on Low phase noise signal generation utilizing oscillators, resonators & filters and atomic clocks was organized by Electronics and Telecommunication Department of Amrutvahini College of Engineering, Sangamner (affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune, India ) in association with IEEE Microwave Theory and Techniques society (IEEE MTTs) on 3rd July 2019. Volunteer IEEE student members from IEEE Microwave Theory and Techniques society (IEEE MTTs) organized and contributed the smooth conduction of DML talk. Prof. Jeremy Everard conducted talk through information and communication technology (ICT) facility in conference hall at Electronics and Telecommunication department. Prof. Jeremy Everard was welcomed by Dr. R. P. Labade (counselor IEEE student branch, AVCOE Sangamner).

During his talk he explained how to develop simple accurate theories and design procedures to produce oscillators offering state of the art performance. Prof. Jeremy also demonstrated various RF and Microwave devices and exhibited the laboratory facilities available at University of York, York, United Kingdom by taking a round visit to each lab. The session concluded with question answer session, in which Dr Jeremy answered questions of participants.
